EXCHANGES: We will happily exchange your item for another size or even a totally different item of equal or more value and we will ship your exchange to within 7 days from the time we receive it, Simply send it back with the receipt from your package in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached for up to 15 days from the date of purchase and write on your receipt the item, color, and size that you'd like instead. After an item has already been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again. We recommend checking our site to ensure the item you request is available. If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is non refundable. If we don't have your item(s) in stock at the time we receive your item(s) back , we will call you to see if you would like to replace the item with something else ,so please include a phone # we can reach you at (shipping is non-refundable). Can I add additional items, combine separate orders, change an order or cancel an order after its been placed?
After an order has been placed additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items you would need to place a new (separate) order and separate shipping charges would apply.
We cannot combine separate orders and separate shipping charges will apply to all orders placed separately. This means that if you place more than one order it will be shipped separately and separate shipping charges will apply.
We can only cancel an order if the order has not been processed or packaged. There is a cancellation fee of minimum five dollars or ten percent of the total order amount with a max of $15.00 per order. So please be sure before placing an order so that you will not need to cancel. To cancel an order pleases contact us by email using the "contact us" link at the top of this page and refer to your order number.
To change the size or color of items in an order after it has already been placed please email us using the "contact us" link at the top of this page. We can only change the order if the order has not already been processed or packaged and there is a change order fee of $4.00. To avoid this please be certain when placing an order that you have the items that you'd like.

If ordering from out side the United States of America or Canada, please call first to make sure we ship to your country.
Orders have to be received by Noon Eastern time for shipments to go out same day for next day deliveries,also deliveries are shipped out only on business days if your order falls through Saterdays or Sundays or a Holiday then your order will go out the next business day.
Sales tax:
Sales tax of 7.0% is only applied to orders that are shipped to Florida residents. We are based in Florida and are required by state regulation to charge sales tax on orders shipped within Florida. There is no sales tax on orders going to any other states.
